This residential project involved a complete home renovation in Pune, specifically tailored for a modern family living near the vibrant Koregaon Park area. Our team at HM Associate was tasked with a full-scale makeover that included a stylish hall renovation, a high-end modular kitchen installation, and a complete bathroom renovation to improve both look and functionality. Located just a short drive from Dhole Patil Road and Bund Garden, this project was completed within a strict 6-week timeline, ensuring the homeowners could move back into their dream space without delay. We focused on using premium, locally-sourced materials to ensure “perfect credibility” and a finish that stands the test of time in the Kalyani Nagar and Camp neighborhoods.
Our design concept was built around the idea of “Space Optimization,” which is essential for urban homes in Pune. We moved away from heavy, dark furniture and instead introduced a “Minimalist Modern” theme that uses light neutral tones and clever lighting to make the rooms feel much larger.
